GODDESS FLOW YOGA
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow balanced with therapeutic Yin Yoga. Following the Fringe.Method, based on the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air - each weekly class focuses on a different element. I offer accessible classes for beginners, to more intermediate practitioners who want a more soothing and nourishing flow. Expect creative class themes, rich with imagery, storytelling and eclectic playlists to inspire your practice and your life! Looking for an evening class? I also teach at Yoga on the Green, Woodford, Wednesdays, 6.45-745pm - booking is via the studio.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Booking:
When you purchase a class-pass for in-person classes you will be invited to join my client-only Whats App group. Approximately 24 hours before class I will message the group and ask if you are attending the next class. (If you don’t use Whats App just drop me a message to let me know you are attending.) Once your place is booked, it is chargeable, according to Ts and Cs.
Cancellation:
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for classes. Once you have booked your place, you cancel up to 12 hours before the start time and your payment will be held as credit. Cancel after this time, and I will need to charge you the class fee, however, you are welcome to offer your place to a friend to attend instead!
In-person classes:
Classes are held at Wanstead United Reformed Church Hall, Nightingale Lane, Wanstead, E11 2EW. There is free parking available - please see details in Booking Information below. In order to cover hall-hire costs, usually a minimum of 3 clients are required for in-person classes, otherwise, the class will be cancelled and your booking fee held as credit for next time.

RISE AND SHINE ONLINE
A great way to start your week, these early morning (1 hour) sessions will help you to wake up and mindfully move your body, and you can attend in your pyjamas if you like! Livestreamed via Zoom.
If you miss or are unable to make the livestream class, you will be sent a link to view the recording so you can practise in your own time. The recording will usually be sent Monday evening and can be viewed for 7 days, after which the link will expire.
MORNING GLOW
Friendly and welcoming classes in the heart of Wanstead! These classes aim to help you re-balance, relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your divine feminine. You will leave feeling uplifted and ready for the week or weekend ahead!
Mats, blankets, blocks, straps and eye-pillows are provided - but bring your own if preferred.
MAMA FLOW - BRING YOUR BABY
A postnatal Yoga class for mums who want to practise Yoga without the need to find a babysitter! Classes focus on re-stabilising the pelvis, supporting the recovery of pelvic floor and core strength, and releasing tension in the neck and shoulders. They can also help you feel mentally brighter and lighter.
Suitable from 3 months post-birth. Babies are welcome to attend (not suitable for toddlers). Baby Gyms and some toys are provided. (Each class approx 1 hour).
MY YOGA:
I have grown a love for the practice of Yoga over the last 20 years. I found a beauty and serenity in Yoga classes and through Yoga, have learned to be more accepting of myself and loving of others. Yoga has helped me to feel more capable and confident, and has created space in my life to relax and revitalise both my body and mind. Trained under the expert guidance of Jodie Merrick (fringe yoga), I recently completed 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training, attended training in ‘Yoga for breast care’ with Birthlight and ‘Postnatal Yoga’ with Tara Lee. My teaching style embodies a nourishing practice which I aim to teach with humility and heartfulness. My imaginative class planning, based on the elements, also incorporates ancient stories of goddesses, along with the natural cycles of the seasons, the moon and our lives. My philosophy is that Yoga is for everybody! I teach accessible, open-level classes that will enable you to find joy in moments of calm, comfort and connection.
